# Definition of Terms

* **Bonding Curve**: A smart contract algorithm that dynamically adjusts token prices based on supply and demand. As more tokens are bought, the price increases; as tokens are sold, the price decreases.
* **Launch on DEX**: Refers to listing tokens on a decentralized exchange (DEX), enabling users to trade freely.
* **Market Cap** : The total value of a cryptocurrency, calculated by multiplying its current price by its total supply.
* **Liquidity**: Refers to how easily an asset can be bought or sold in the market without affecting its price.
